About the Owner
Rafal’s Story
I’m Rafal, founder of 365 Construction. My journey started in Poland, where I studied finance and banking but soon realized my true passion was construction—a trade deeply rooted in my family. After working on major commercial and government projects in the United States, I eventually settled in Canada, where I started 365 Construction with the support of my wife.
My European background gave me a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality finishes. Today, my mission is to run a family-oriented business where every client feels valued and every project reflects precision, care, and trust.
